Time Out says

This nihonshu festival in Ikebukuro is actually a two-part event, taking up exhibition halls A and B at Sunshine City's World Import Mart in June. The former will be occupied by the winners of this year's Japan-wide shinshu (freshly brewed sake) contest, with a whopping 415 varieties of ginjo available for sipping, while hall B is where the All-Japan Sake Fair takes place. This one consists of both sales and tasting of sake from all over the country, plus stalls hawking decidedly booze-compatible regional food. The ticket price includes entrance to both events and all-you-can-drink sake, but you'll need to pay extra for some of the grub.
