Time Out says

Following on from the previous day's activities, the Shiba Park rally is intended to mark the Chernobyl incident, which occurred 25 years ago this coming Tuesday. While a candlelit vigil is planned for the actual day itself, this march (which will head past a number of power industry offices) is for protesters who may otherwise be engaged.

Meeting at 2.30pm, the march will take place from 3.30pm, and will move past both TEPCO and the Chuubu Power Company offices.

Details for the candlelit vigil on the April 26 can be found here.
