Head to Omotesando’s Spiral building for this special Christmas Market with the theme of ‘a bright tomorrow, a sparkling future’. Browse a large selection of crafts, designs and artworks by over 40 artists. Between December 15 and 18, you can shop for daily-life items and fashion, which all make for great Christmas gifts.
From December 20 until Christmas Day, on the other hand, you’ll find works from up-and-coming artists selected by Spiral staff and other contemporary art galleries. The seven-metre-tall Christmas tree installation at the venue’s atrium was designed by Torafu Architects and has been created by assembling stools from the furniture brand Karimoku. Called the AA Stool, due to its shape resembling the letter A, the installation is made from wood waste and wood that is not suitable for normal furniture.
The Christmas market is open from 11am to 8pm.
