Shiroto no Ran, the organisers of anti-nuclear demos in Koenji, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza, are returning to the location of one of their most successful parades to date. People will be gathering outside Studio Alta at 2pm, then embarking at precisely 3.11pm, with sound trucks carrying punk groups and DJs and an additional, wigged-out marching band that anyone's free to join. The route will eventually loop back to Alta, where they hope for a mass gathering to rival the one seen on June 11 (check the video below).
