Sugoi Mamemaki 2017

Marketing itself as a '21st-century version' of the Setsubun tradition of bean-throwing, Sugoi Mamemaki is now in its sixth year and is going stronger than ever: four tonnes of beans will be available for participants to hurl at each other and the 'urban demons' charging through the crowd, while idol group Niji no Conquistador and naughty girl-pop army Ebisu Muscats will also be performing during the evening. Make sure to get your tickets well in advance, as they tend to sell out early every year.
