Tamagawa Halloween Festival

Elmo, Kermit and friends invade the Tamagawa Takashimaya shopping centre for Sesame Street-themed Halloween fun, including a kids-and-parents costume parade on October 29 (from 11.30am), a series of 'greeting events' (shake paws with the fluffy fellows) and a 'stamp rally' with generous candy prizes. To start collecting stamps, you'll need to spend ¥500 or more at one of the centre's shops.
