Time Out says

Taste over 100 varieties of tea from across Japan and the world at Tea for Peace. For this instalment of the popular event, held in the inner courtyard of the Farmer’s Market @ UNU, tea growers, blenders and drinkers will gather to celebrate the diverse tea cultures of the world – and the moment of peace that can be found in a cup of tea.

Purchase a tasting cup (¥1,200) or the larger gaiwan (a Taiwanese teacup with lid; ¥2,500) online in advance or at the entrance. With a cup in hand, you can sample over 100 varieties of tea as you wish, including black, green and herbal tea.

The event also features an array of activities to help you discover the history and culture of tea: you can take part in a tea party, sign up for a practical workshop on tea wares or tea sweets, visit an exhibition space for tea artisans, and more.
