'Perfect' may be pushing it, but this Otemachi beer garden certainly offers at least a decent setting for outdoor boozing: it's conveniently located, the paninis are delicious and pints of Sapporo's signature Kuro Label go for ¥600 a pop. Feel like a boss and book the 'VIP room' for a measly ¥500 per head.
