Time Out says

Visitors gather to pray for good luck and prosperity in business here, which is partly because the name of the shrine, Ootori, has an alternate Japanese reading that means a ‘large gain in wealth’. On both days from 7pm visitors can enjoy ancient Shinto music and dance performances using kumade (bamboo rakes).

The event takes place from 8am to 10pm on both days.
