Time Out says

No need to feel guilty about eating out at the Tsumi-naki (meaning ‘guilt-free’) food stalls by ZenB, the Japanese brand of high protein, low carb noodles and veggie protein bars. From August 26 to 31, the plaza in front of Yurakucho Station will have stalls set up from 10am (except on the first day, which starts at 6pm) selling healthier alternatives of the usually carb-heavy noodle dishes.

In the morning (10am-12noon) you can order a simple ramen in clear shoyu broth flavoured with tuna and umeboshi (pickled plum). For lunch (12noon-3pm) you’ll get Southeast Asian-inspired noodles topped with minced chicken and drizzles of fish sauce.

Come dinner between 5pm and 8pm, you can enjoy dandan noodles in savoury soy milk broth. All dishes use ZenB noodles made from beans instead of flour, making them high in protein and nutrients instead of carbs. And the best part is, all three dishes are offered at ¥100 each, but quantities are limited per day.
