World Breakfast Festival 2014

Spend all day feasting on deluxe breakfast grub in Yokohama, where more than 20 eateries get together in September for this utterly delicious-sounding festival. Participants like English muffin maker Bears Camp Café and granola specialists Ganori are sure to attract queues, but perhaps the most eagerly awaited offerings come from LA ovo wizards Eggslut, now landing in Japan for the first time. You'll of course also be able to find oh-so-trendy pancakes, French toasts and acai bowls here, in addition to popcorn from Doc Popcorn (who the hell has popcorn for breakfast, though?). Finally, do remember to check out Yokohama Yoga Fest and the open-air fruit and veg market as well – both are taking place simultaneously with the Breakfast Festival.
