Time Out says

Yokohama's very own style of greasy, shoyu-flavoured tonkotsu ramen is known as ie-kei and gets its name from the last kanji character (家, 'house') of the shops that pioneered it back in the '70s. This festival at the Red Brick Warehouse is your chance to taste satisfyingly thick noodles and creamy soup concoctions from some of the area's most renowned 'houses', so head on over, stock up on ramen tickets (¥800 per bowl) and start slurping.
