Time Out says

Among the many Japanese incarnations (perhaps 'reinterpretations' would be more accurate) of Munich's world-famous beer festival, the Yokohama Oktoberfest has traditionally stuck closest to the schedule of its Teutonic forebear. After jumping the gun with a spring edition during Golden Week, the event is getting back on track this month. There'll be some 80 types of beer on offer, with the 45 German varieties available (including four Oktoberfest beers) supplemented by locally produced microbrews – plus the familiar smorgasbord of sauerkraut and sausages. With Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in the background and event regulars the Woho & Kalendar Band supplying the soundtrack, only the exorbitant prices are likely to spoil your mood.
