If you love cheap pints (and let’s be real, who doesn’t), you can’t really go wrong with ’Spoons. It might not be for everyone, but the numbers show that Brits haven’t stopped sinking into pints at their local and dependably affordable Wetherspoons pubs.

Although it shut a bunch of its branches in 2024 and put several more up for sale this year, the pub chain has revealed that sales are thriving. The business reported that in the 13 weeks up to the end of April, it had seen its profits rise by a not-to-be-sniffed-at 5.6 percent. And that means extra cash to splash on launching even more ’Spoons free houses.

Wetherspoons has confirmed that it’ll be launching 15 new locations across the UK before the end of the next financial year, with some opening in just a matter of weeks. Three of the new pubs will be in London while the rest of the six confirmed branches so far are scattered across the south of England.

The first of the newly announced pubs will be open for business in Douglas on the Isle of Man on May 14. Here’s everything we know so far about the rest.

  • Fulham, South West London - June 17
  • Kenilworth, Warwickshire - July 30
  • Tooley Street, London Bridge - August 28
