Oasis’ 2025 reunion shows were, in a word, biblical. The atmosphere was absolutely electric – thanks to the diverse, all-ages crowds – and the Gallagher brothers sounded better than anyone could have reasonably dreamed of. In fact, Liam arguably hadn’t been on such fine form in decades.

All of this went down a storm, with demand for tickets at a ludicrous high and two extra Wembley dates tacked onto the UK tour in September to make up for unlucky fans who lost out. Part of this was down to the fact that it was suggested the Live ’25 reunion tour would be a one-time only deal – even then, though, rumours circulated that the lads would find it hard to resist another bite of the apple.

Now, Liam Gallagher has stoked rumours once again, seeming to suggest that the band could hit the road once more in 2027. If this were to come to pass, it would surely include UK dates, too.

Why are the rumours of an Oasis 2027 tour circulating?

Meeting a fan in Rome last week (April 24), the frontman was asked if he’d be in the city the following year. ‘Without a doubt,’ he replied, with his trademark swagger. ‘100 percent’. A video of the interaction has since leaked online.

It’s the latest in a saga of speculation around the band’s future plans. Just before he left the stage at Wembley Stage after the final UK gig of the Live ’25 tour on September 28, Liam casually told the 90,000-strong crowd: ‘See you next year.’ He then pretended to slap himself on the wrist for letting the news slip. What is he like!

Since then, the frontman seems to have revelled in teasing fans on X. Back in November, before the tour finished in São Paulo, Brazil, a fan asked him on the platform: ‘Are you sad that tour is ending soon?’ He replied: ‘I’m not actually as I know things you don’t know’.

Where will Oasis play in 2027?

Last month, it was reported that premium ticket site Premier Events had listed a Knebworth date with the words: “OASIS LIVE ’27 COMING SOON…”

Guitarist Gem Archer, meanwhile, recently told Guitar World: ‘Anything could happen, which could include nothing. But this was quite a thing… if stuff was happening, I think I might already know about it, if you know what I mean? It’s not something you just flick on.’

He did add, though: ‘Noel has said, “No rest for the immensely talented”, so take that how you want.’

Given that an estimated 14 million fans tried to buy 1.4m Live ’25 tickets in the UK alone, we really wouldn’t be surprised if the lads fancy another go after all. So, could we see Oasis back on tour in the UK in 2027? Definitely maybe…
