The iconic ‘Holidays Are Coming’ Coca-Cola ad has become synonymous with the festive season and the big red illuminated lorry has become the next best thing after Santa’s sleigh.

So, of course, it’s back for another year. The truck will be touring the UK and Ireland, bringing the ‘Coca-Cola Real Magic Experience’ and offering out cans of the good stuff.

Normally, the company announces where it is heading next while the tour is happening. Once they’ve arrived in one area, they will reveal the next. That means that most of the dates and locations are still under wraps.

When does the Coca Cola truck tour begin?

The vehicle’s 2023 journey started in Glasgow on November 23 and 24.

Can I track the truck?

You sure can. Once it gets moving, the Coke truck will be trackable on Coca-Cola’s Twitter account here

Where will the Coca Cola truck travel to?

So far, these are the confirmed dates and locations:

  • Glasgow (November 23 and 24)
  • Edinburgh (November 25)
  • Gateshead (November 26)

The rest of the destinations haven’t yet been revealed. However, last year the truck stopped at places like London, Cardiff, Kent, Watford and East Leake.

Coca-Cola normally also supports a charity or two along its journey. For the past couple of years it has partnered with hunger and food waste charity FareShare and funded the equivalent of 200,000 meals to people in need. We’re still waiting on more details about the whole thing, but watch this space.
