Deep Purple, one of the greatest hard rock bands ever, are going on a major UK tour next year. The band, which is celebrating a career that has spanned five decades, will stop by several British cities next November.
The band best known for hits like ‘Smoke on the Water’ and ‘Highway Star’ will be supported by Mammoth (which is fronted by Wolfgang Van Halen) and Jayler. Tickets go on sale this week.

Here are the five dates confirmed in the initial tour announcement:
- Wednesday November 18 – Newcastle, Utilita Arena
- Thursday November 19 – Glasgow, OVO Hydro
- Saturday November 21 – Birmingham, BP Pulse Live
- Sunday November 22 – Manchester, AO Arena
- Tuesday November 24 – London, Eventim Apollo
When do tickets go on sale?

Venue presales will take place at 10am on Thursday November 20.

At Glasgow’s OVO Hydro, tickets will range in price from £64.95 to £277.50. Expect similar pricing across the tour.
