Always dreamt of having your own pub, filled with only your own mates and fave drinks? Well, dream no further. A farmhouse in Yorkshire that comes with its very own pub has just hit the market. That’s right: it has its own boozer!

The property is called Laurel Farmhouse and it was built all the way back in 1675. It’s in Bramham in West Yorkshire, about half an hour’s drive from both Leeds and York. The pub attached to the property was added by the current owners for the use of their neighbours and friends.

Before you get carried away with dreams of running your own commercial pub, slow up a little. Laurel Farmhouse doesn’t have a licence so can’t legally sell alcohol. But that doesn’t mean you can’t get all your mates round for a proper bespoke pub sesh.

Pub aside, Laurel Farmhouse is a pretty lovely place. Spread over 2,500 square feet are four bedrooms and bathrooms, a wine cellar, a detached office and, as you’d expect of a classic English farmhouse, plenty of wooden beams and exposed stone walls. It’s all been relatively recently renovated, too. Here are a few pictures of the place.
