Fisher Hopper, the estate agent selling the property, has advised buyers that the nearby parking spot is suitable only for 4x4 vehicles or quad bikes due to the bumpy countryside terrain. The agency called the property an ‘interesting investment’ suggesting it could be turned into a unique (and profitable) Airbnb opportunity for the new owner.
