If you're not familiar with the latest kiddie YouTube phenom to be scooped up by Ellen, we'll explain him like this: Balang is seven, from the Philippines and dances to pop songs.

That's all there is to it—and it's glorious.

Witness his latest video, posted to his Facebook page Saturday and tearing up the Internet ever since (11 million views). In it, Balang (it's a stage name; to his mom and teachers he's John Phillip Bughaw) cuts lose to Justin Bieber's 'Sorry' while wearing a tiger-print tank (face and all), purple pants and a pink top tied around his waist.

His hair, too, is sensational.

We won't spoilt the joy of the video other than to say it's up there with Queen Bey's Run the World (Girls) for body-thrusting/arm-throwing.
