  • I know that Enfield, Barnet and the like are considered completely not worth a visit, but I wonder if there ARE any restaurants worth visiting up this way? I like going into central London when I can, but please could someone have a look around here??

  • some of the inclusions are not what i would call cheap, one of the cheapest and best in London is govinda's soho square, great mix of veggie food at incredibly good prices.

  • YOUNG CHENG, Lisle St. Soho, W.1. The food quality and range is excellent. and certainly top value. The prices are low provided you request the 'lunch menu' (served all day and night) where almost all the dishes are complete meals for c£6. Also you have to have an understanding of the usual bizzare Chinese restaurant procedure i.e. all chinese waiters are rude - some are just ruder than others.None speak English but they do grunt in several languages. They cannot explain the nature or compostion of any dish - this is for you to find out. And lastly,as usual, a lot of nice dishes are not on the(english) menu/s. Once you learn how to deal with all this you will return frequrntly. My tip is the EEL dishes

  • nice decoration, friendly staff, very helpful, and the food is amazing and cheap. Eggs, plain or filled croissants, true Spanish tortilla and the best brownie ever... Coffee is very well prepared also.
