Your boozy guide to this year’s NYC Cocktail Week

One part gin, one part vermouth and one part Campari—that storied trifecta constitutes the classic Negroni, the focus of this dimly lit Yorkville drinkery from Bathtub Gin alum Josh Mazza and Steve Laycock of Ducks Eatery. The Gilroy is pouring a mini Negroni for Cocktail Week.

Haute French vet Andrew Carmellini’s new Noho brasserie will help you pad your stomach during NYC Cocktail Week with $4 Eggs Lafayette, a pair of deviled eggs whipped with smoked sable and trout.

At this throwback subterranean saloon, tucked beneath Noho comfort-food café Bleecker Kitchen & Co., cocktail-world vets Tim Cooper (Goldbar) and Justin Noel (1534) are serving a Whiskey Buck (Seagram's gin, ginger syrup, honey and fresh lemon juice topped with crystallized ginger) as a Cocktail Week special.
