Chris Jaeckle and Dale Talde team up for a Biggie-themed dinner

Two New York chefs are honoring one of Brooklyn's own—All'onda's Chris Jaeckle and Talde's Dale Talde will partner up for a $85 multi-course dinner honoring the anniversary of the death of legendary rapper The Notorious B.I.G. On March 9 at All'onda from 5:30pm to 10pm, the toques will roll out Biggie-inspired plates like spiced tomato soup, curried oxtail patties and butter-poached escargot, with accompanying tunes curated by J. Period. Check out the full spread below:
