New Yorkers are no strangers to multi-tasking, even when it comes to fun: you can catch a flick with your dinner at Syndicated, or sip a martini with your manicure at Beauty Bar. Next month, you'll also be able to get your morning pick-me-up along with a solid fade at the hybrid Ludlow Coffee Supply and Ludlow Barber Supply, located at 176 Ludlow St.

Taking over the former home of shuttered Lower East Side haunt Pink Pony, the café-meets-barber shop is the brainchild of restaurateur John Seymour (Sweet Chick, Pearl's), as well as Sweet Chick manager-partner Kyle Martin. The original bar has been rejigged as a coffee counter, offering a proprietary blend of coffee roasted locally in Red Hook, Brooklyn alongside a selection of light bites. Meanwhile, in the back of the room, a frosted glass door grants access to an intimate, three-chair barbershop helmed by professional stylists.

Ludlow Coffee Supply and Ludlow Barber Supply are currently set to open on February 19th; stay tuned for more details.
