Damn, David, back at it again with the food deliveries. Following the success of the Chang-backed delivery service Maple, the Momofuku mogul has unveiled plans for another delivery-only eatery, dubbed Ando after late instant-ramen creator Momofuku Ando. Fast Company reports that the service is a collaboration with Expa, a start-up studio space cofounded by Uber's Garrett Camp, and that UberRush will be handling the delivery side.

Set to open later this spring, Chang's restaurant is based out of a secret subterranean space in Midtown. The menu, a collaboration with wd~50 alum J.J. Basil, will reportedly include hybrid Asian and Southern creations such as housemade cheesesteaks and KFC-style buckets of fried chicken, as well as three new cookies (salt-pepper, Ritz cracker, choco-chip) from Milk Bar queen Christina Tosi. Sign up to get on the early waiting list for the Ando app.
