Shake Shack to open in Penn Station next year, because commuting is better with Concretes

If you've ever thought the only thing your Amtrak ride was missing was a Shack Stack, your travel dreams are coming true: Shake Shack signed a ten-year lease for a 2,500-square-foot location inside Penn Station, set to debut in 2017. The concourse newcomer will join NYC's thirteen outposts of Danny Meyer's patty juggernaut, including concessions at Citi Field and JFK, and is the latest in moves from the transit hub to update their food offerings.
