It's just gotten a little lighter on the wallet fro New York museum-goers, thanks to web publishing platform, Squarespace. Starting on January 21, 2016, the company will be underwriting free general admission to the Brooklyn Museum every Thursday from 6pm to 10pm.  If you've put off making the trip out there because all of your money is going to rent and packages of ramen, these evenings on the house will offer a chance to catch up with all the museum has to offer, including current specials exhibits like “Coney Island: Visions of an American Dreamland, 1861–2008” (through March 13) and long-term installations like "Connecting Cultures: A World in Brooklyn.” Keep in mind  that free nights at museums tend to be extremely popular, so it will pay to arrive early.
