November 5th sees the eighth annual Stand Up for Heroes event taking place at Madison Square Garden, and the line-up this year is absolutely crazy. We’re still waiting on a full schedule, but the highlights so far include Louis C.K., John Oliver, John Mulaney, Brian Williams and, just in case you were worried there might not be enough heart-rending sincerity, the legend that is Bruce Springsteen. Comedy fans shouldn’t discount the boss when it comes to having a sense of humor, of course—remember his Bridgegate anthem on Fallon?

The bill also promises a ton of surprise special guests, and considering previous years have featured the likes of Larry David, Bill Cosby, Ricky Gervais, Conan O’Brien and Jerry Seinfeld, you can bet you’re going to get your money’s worth. A highlight of the New York Comedy Festival, which presents the event in conjunction with the Bob Woodruff Foundation, the show has raised over $21 million over the years, all of which goes towards helping injured service members and their families. This year’s show takes place at the Theater at Madison Square Garden, and tickets are on sale right now: you can pick them up on either the BWF’s or NYCF’s sites.
