Santos is smoking it up—we’re talking meat, of course. The downtown party den is throwing a brisket rumble. Hosts Jimmy Carbone (Jimmy’s No. 43) and Jake Schiffman (Food Network) welcome 20 local pitmasters—Mighty Quinn’s Barbecue, BrisketTown, Fletcher’s Brooklyn Barbecue and more—to duke it out for the title of Brisket King of NYC. While an illustrious panel of judges—including Stephanie Pierson (The Brisket Book) and Julia Moskin (The New York Times)—picks the beef-basting victor, guests can enjoy unlimited brisket samples and Lagunitas brews (Imperial Stout, Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’).
