CHERYL, the party collective behind some of the most out-there shindigs around town, tends to treat every night as if it's Halloween. So for the real thing, they went all out and secured one of the city's kookiest venues, the Brooklyn Masonic Temple, for a sweaty night of dancing, performance and over-the-top costumes.
