History buffs can explore items from 70-plus international exhibitors at the 70th anniversary edition of this vintage art and antiques fair, from luxurious and incredibly detailed housewares to furniture and artwork.
Included in this year’s The Winter Show programming are curated presentations, panel discussions, benefit events, and the special exhibition Focus: Americana, presenting objects from historic exhibitors that highlight Americana design history, curated by Alexandra Kirley of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The show runs from January 19-28 at Park Avenue Armory.
The fair benefits the community-based organization East Side House Settlement, which works to bring quality education and resources to residents of the Bronx and Northern Manhattan, with this year’s marquee fundraising events being the Opening Night Party on January 18 and the Young Collectors Night on January 25, honoring Paul Arnhold and Wes Gordon.
