This modern microbrewery should be on the agenda for any serious beer fan. It makes and sells excellent traditional lager plus possibly Prague's best pivo, and the various wheat, cherry, champagne and coffee varieties are novelties that are actually worth trying. There's an affordable menu of Czech cuisine, in case you need something to soak up the suds.
