Tonight, stop by for a meal lead by Irish-born chef Trevor Moran: His resume includes working as the sous chef at Noma in Copenhagen and leading the kitchen at The Catbird Seat in Nashville. He has another project set to debut in the Tennessee city this year, but this evening, you can catch him teaming up with the Poseys of Chicago restaurant Elske.
