Time Out says

Dalston is the Hackney neighbourhood in London where Borja Rosselló (who also happens to be a learned cook) made the change from chef to coffee expert. Now that years have passed since Satan's went from its little space in the Raval to the place of coffee worship in the Barri Gòtic it is now, someone had to fill in the vacancy. And lucky for us it's Dalston, where you can grab an amazing coffee to take away. This one-man establishment barely has room for the bar where Rosselló skilfully employs an espresso machine and a Moccamaster filter to concoct his whole repertoire (espresso, filter, flat white, capuccino, cold brew...) from the manual of the good barista.
