Brisbane and the Gold Coast are home to a host of hip wine bars, stunning rooftop bars and stylish restaurants with sommeliers serving up a selection of this premium drop. La Lune is a chic wine bar offering a taste of European-style bistro dining. Located in a hip South Brisbane laneway, La Lune is a firm favourite amongst wine lovers, boasting a truly impressive and award-winning list of the best international and domestic wines on offer. There are plenty of specialty aged and rare wines by the glass, as well as a menu built around premium seasonal ingredients designed to complement the wines. Where better to drink in the flavours of Provence rosé than Woolloongabba's mini-French Quarter, C'est Bon? The multi-level space boasts a restaurant, bar, cellar, garden terrace and rooftop bar. The menu offers everything from breakfast to opulent bar snacks, all with that unmistakable French flair and flavour. The cellar has an extensive selection of boutique French and local wines, curated by sommelier Charles-William Gossart, and includes a couple of Provence rosés. Head up to the rooftop bar for lavish bar snacks, including Siberian and Oscietra caviar, Appellation oysters and potato rye blinis.

Agnes is Brisbane’s ultra-cool ode to woodfired dining. Housed in a converted warehouse in an unassuming corner of Fortitude Valley, Agnes pays homage to the element of fire by combining contemporary service with the traditional skills of cooking with flame. Featuring a menu cooked entirely in a custom stone hearth over a variety of local woods, the food is seasonal, fresh and simply divine. Enjoy a spectacular meal with a glass of delicate Provence rosé in the restaurant, or pull up a seat in the downstairs wine bar or rooftop terrace for drinks, bar snacks and dessert.

Boasting sweeping views from the coast to the hinterland, this Gold Coast rooftop bar is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of Provence rosé. The Exhibitionist Bar sits atop the HOTA Gallery, adding an edge of glamour to the Gold Coast’s premier arts destination. With signature drinks and dining options inspired by HOTA’s world-class art collection, there is always something new and exciting on the menu. Drop by for lunch and dinner, or make a night of it and enjoy sundowners or a nightcap under the stars.

Brisbanites can’t get enough of chic rooftop bars, and with its LA-resort vibe, Fiume offers up something a little different. Fiume – which means river in Italian – sits atop the Crystalbrook Vincent Hotel in the historic Howard Smith Wharves precinct, making it a great option for a glass of fresh and fruity Provence rosé after a day taking in the sights of the city. Whether you want to share a grazing board and some light bites with friends or lounge next to the infinity pool as you watch the sun set over the Story Bridge, you are sure to have a wonderful time at Fiume.

If you fancy sipping a fruity glass of Provence rosé as you recline by a rooftop pool, check out La Luna Beach Club. This luxurious Gold Coast destination includes the La Luna pool and the MĀRE Restaurant. Poolside you’ll find an array of sun lounges, day beds and cabanas all modelled on the bohemian glam of Mykonos. MĀRE Restaurant features a menu of Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, premium seafood, as well as a dedicated vegan menu and an extensive drinks menu including a couple of Provence rosés. With panoramic views and weekend DJs, La Luna is the perfect place to treat yourself and enjoy a glass or two on Main Beach.

Hotel X serves up the delectable flavours of Europe right from the heart of Fortitude Valley. On the rooftop you’ll find Iris, a luxury bar complete with killer city skyline views and a Spanish-inspired menu. Relax poolside in one of the private cabanas as you sample the flavours of Spain and sip on a chilled glass of Provence rosé, perfect for summer nights. Downstairs you’ll be whisked off to France at restaurant Bisou Bisou, Brisbane’s newest French brasserie, complete with chic Parisian styling and a wine list fit for special occasions. 

The Terrace is one of Brisbane’s ultimate rooftop bars, serving up luxe vibes, stunning views and drinks that are sure to hit the spot. Located on the rooftop of Southbank’s Emporium Hotel, the Terrace serves up an all-day menu, capped off with an extensive drinks menu featuring signature cocktails and premium wines. The weekends host live music and DJs, making it the perfect spot to party with a chilled glass of Provence rosé. Be sure to check out the retractable ceiling and openable glass roof as well as the infinity pool on the terrace.
