Sure, you can shop for Dello Mano's signature brownies online, but then you'd miss out on the New Farm branch's counter cabinet, filled with sweet and savoury offerings. A visit to the brownie bar is a given before venturing inside, where you'll find bacon and egg cups, gourmet pies and sandwiches and – oh my goodness – there's a caked-up, pimped-up nod the Golden Gaytime. Comprised of a double layer of caramel mudcake, sandwiched and topped with teardrops of rich vanilla custard frosting dripping with golden tears of caramel and a sprinkling of crushed Dello Mano's ginger cookies. It's always cake o'clock somewhere, right?
