In news to thrill high-end dining fans across the eastern seaboard, celebrity chef and MasterChef perennial Marco Pierre White will be coming to the Gold Coast to co-curate a one-night-only menu at Palette Restaurant.
White is joining forces with Palette's executive chef, Dayan Hartill-Law, to present a menu embracing locally sourced ingredients paired with exceptional wines.
Palette, which occupies a the mezzanine floor of the HOTA Gallery in Surfers Paradise, is a superb restaurant but not a particularly large one. The dinner will only be available to 80 people, and interested diners can register their interest now.
Guests will get to see Pierre White in the kitchen, and during a 20-minute Q&A at the event.
The event is part of Pierre White’s Australian tour for his live theatre show Out of the Kitchen.
