Head to the bistro for chef's roast suckling pig, barbecue Wagyu brisket with creamy mash, or a lunchtime-perfect Sichuan crispy duck salad. Resplendent with crisp nuggets of fried duck on a tumbled mix of shredded carrot, lettuce, cucumber ribbons, bean sprouts and coriander leaf, it comes drenched with warming Bang Bang peanut sauce and sprinkled with black-and-white sesame seeds.
