BBC Food on TV past, present, future

Food Connections is a revolutionary food festival taking place across the city from May 1 to May 9, aiming to change not only how we think about food, but also how we eat it, whilst celebrating the people, produce and projects that together are putting Bristol on the map as a sustainable food hotspot.

This event explores the unique place TV's BBC Food has on British culture, taking a retrospective view over the past 60 years whilst also asking what the future might hold.

The session will feature actress, food ambassador and celebrity Masterchef winner Lisa Faulkner, along with Creative Director of Tigress Productions Pete Lawrence, who has previously worked with Nigel Slater, Nigella Lawson and other household names. The pair will be joined by TV documentary maker and culiinary coach Clare Brigstocke.
