BBC Radio 4’s Word of Mouth: Michael Rosen

Food Connections is a revolutionary food festival taking place across the city from May 1 to May 9, aiming to change not only how we think about food, but also how we eat it, whilst celebrating the people, produce and projects that together are putting Bristol on the map as a sustainable food hotspot.

As part of the festival, join acclaimed poet Michael Rosen as he embarks on an adventure into language and food, exploring how our favourite - and least favourite - dishes got their names for Radio 4's Word of Mouth programme.

Whilst working with local schools, Michael will also be joined onstage by writers and singers, all of whom will be entertaining the crowds with poetry, song and stories.
