Storylines drawing workshop

Join illustrator Rosie Faragher as she leads a session tying in with her two-day mini residency at the RWA.

Often it's the story that comes first, illustrated afterwards to reflect and summarise the words. However, this workshop throws the tried-and-tested formula out, replacing it instead with an innovative approach that questions what happens when we make narratives appear out of abstract drawings.

Exploring the ways lines and textures can work in harmony to create stories, ideas and characters, all you'll need for this one is a pencil and a brilliant imagination!
