Bs As Cocktail Week 2025 at Parque de la Innovación

From September 1 to 7, Buenos Aires transforms into the capital of sustainable mixology with a new edition of Bs As Cocktail Week. There will be promotional-price cocktails at bars across Buenos Aires City, Greater Buenos Aires, and La Plata, special activities, and a main meeting point: Parque de la Innovación, where the BAR SHOW, masterclasses, talks, and outdoor music will take place—all with free admission.

BAR SHOW: Who’s Behind the Bar

Each day, six different bars will bring their best drinks to Parque de la Innovación. The schedule is as follows:

• Monday 9/1: 878, Absenta, Al Fondo, Brukbar, Chinto, Poeta Café

• Tuesday 9/2: BASA, Danzón, Korova, Thames, Airport, Franks

• Wednesday 9/3: Malasangre, Rey de Copas, Tres Monos, Verne, Olimpo, Uni Soju Bar

Each day will close with DJ Sunset and outdoor cocktails.

Talks and Masterclasses

This year, the focus is on sustainability with three main themes: identity and origin, the bar as a platform for change, and the future of the industry. Featured guests include:

• Carolina Fortuna (Argentina): From the Bar to the Planet, a practical guide to sustainable mixology

• Gabriela Rentería (Argentina): Cocktails with roots

• Juan Diego Romero (Peru): Conscious Mixology

• Tres Monos (Argentina, #7 in the world): Mixology and sustainability projects

• Ignacio Ceretti (Barcelona): Triple S.C (not a liquor)

Additionally, industry leaders such as Florencia Nahir (Verne Club), Martín Tummino, Matías Jurisich, Lucas Groglio, and a roundtable with Pablo Piñata and Mona Gallosi will participate.

Week in Bars: Cocktails with a Conscience

Throughout the week, bars will offer two promotional-price drinks: one classic and one non-alcoholic, always following sustainable practices (seasonal ingredients, waste reduction, low alcohol content).

The Cocktail Bar Awards

This edition of the Argentine cocktail awards includes categories such as:

• Green Practice: Comprehensive environmental programs

• Community Spirit: Social impact of the bar

• Ambassador: Best representation of the bar

Last year’s winner was Juan Cruz Oviedo (878 Bar), who won a trip to London as a prize.
