Residences, offices, restaurants, immersive dining experiences, wellness spaces, and design come together at Dique 1 in Puerto Madero, establishing Madero Harbour District as one of the city’s most innovative mixed-use developments.

Some places are meant to be visited with a plan, while others invite you to stay. Madero Harbour District belongs to the latter. At Dique 1 in Puerto Madero, residences, offices, restaurants, wellness spaces, design, and services come together to create an offering that goes far beyond the traditional concept of a real estate development.

1. Osten Bar & Restaurant

In the heart of Puerto Madero, Osten has become one of those places where food, cocktails, and design come together in a single experience. Its offering combines signature cuisine, high-end cocktails, and attentive service, making it equally suited to social gatherings and corporate occasions.

Osten is currently entering a new phase, expanding its offering with corporate breakfasts, business events, product launches, networking events, celebrations, and private experiences. It also offers Gift Cards, an alternative for giving the gift of dining and entertainment experiences.

The detail: During the upcoming spring and summer season, the terrace will take center stage with a new after-work concept featuring live music, guest DJs, and signature cocktails.

The concept unfolds across nine themed worlds combining mapping, surround sound, 360° projections, and signature cuisine.

The result is a multisensory production in which every dish becomes part of the show. More than a restaurant, Frenessí offers a different way to experience food and has become one of Buenos Aires’ most original experiences.

The detail: Frenessí takes dining to another dimension with a journey where taste, sight, sound, and atmosphere come together in an experience unlike any other in the country.

3. Masunori

Masunori is a contemporary fusion dining concept specializing in hand rolls, sushi, and fresh fish prepared to order. Inspired by the traditional hand roll format, the concept has been reinterpreted in Buenos Aires through a menu that combines international influences, top-quality ingredients, and flavors designed for the Argentine palate.

Masunori offers contemporary fusion cuisine focused on hand rolls, sushi, and fresh fish prepared to order. The concept takes the traditional hand roll format and reinterprets it in Buenos Aires with international influences, quality ingredients, and flavors tailored to local tastes.

One of its biggest attractions is the counter, where guests can watch the sushi chef at work and receive each piece as soon as it is prepared. The concept therefore places the emphasis on freshness, texture, and the balance of each ingredient.

The detail: Masunori has three locations in Buenos Aires—Palermo, Belgrano, and Puerto Madero—and also offers catering and private dining experiences featuring its hand roll counter and live preparation.

Since opening, it has become one of the go-to nightlife spots in Buenos Aires, attracting figures from the worlds of sports, entertainment, and social media.
