The list has been published annually since 2019 with the goal of selecting the 101 best meat restaurants in the world. Since then, it has awarded its mentions to highly recognized and acclaimed projects such as Keens, Gallaghers, Lennox Hastie, and Don Julio. The latter claimed the top spot in this edition.
