Talking about Mendoza still means talking about wine, yes, but also about a culinary scene that keeps growing, winning hearts, and evolving. Since the arrival of the Michelin Guide in the province, the synergy between vineyards, signature kitchens, and seasonal products has become increasingly evident—and delicious.

Amid mountains, vineyards winding down after harvest, and flames that never die out, the foodie route expands. This second journey once again highlights the restaurants that have captured the essence of Mendoza’s terroir on the plate with creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, and a commitment to local identity.

If you already devoured edition 1, here you’ll find new stops, new stories, and new flavors. Because Mendoza isn’t just for sipping—it’s for savoring, step by step, bite by bite.
