Talking about Mendoza means talking about wine—and also about gastronomy—thanks to the work of all the kitchens and the support and recognition that, since 2024, the Michelin Guide has been giving to the entire region. This province is shaped under the shade of vineyards, with roads full of grapes in summer, golden and reddish colors in autumn, and snow-capped mountains signaling winter.

Without a doubt, the route that captures the attention of tourists and locals is the one pairing wines with dishes from creative kitchens that care for the smallest detail and offer proposals that break traditional schemes. The most popular stops are the restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide in 2025, which provide the opportunity to combine fine dining with top wines and, in many cases, with views of idyllic landscapes.
