If there's one thing that sets Deseo apart, it's that there's always something different going on. On winter Sundays, from 2 to 11pm, Deseo Club Solar invites you to dance in the middle of the afternoon with DJs, live music, poetry and even an art gallery. When the sun goes down, KLAV takes over, the nighttime series featuring international artists and a dance floor filled with people ready to dance. If vermouth is your weakness, Malasangre is worth a visit. Since 2021, this vermouth bar in Belgrano has focused on a menu featuring five house labels: Rojo, Blanco, Torino, Rubí and Mítico, which also serve as the foundation for much of its signature cocktail menu.

A good way to discover the concept is to order the Cocktail Flight, a tasting of three mini cocktails, or try house creations such as Solaris, fresh and citrusy, or Tardis Trip, with fruity notes and a more intense profile. Tuesdays feature jazz nights, while Fridays bring live DJs.

On Saturdays, the schedule changes with special events such as Mona's Circular Fair, Matcha and Drink or Fuegos y Mona. The bar complements the experience with a signature cocktail menu featuring the Ítalo Argentina, with Fernet Branca, Carpano Rosso and Malbec; the Only F, with berry-infused gin and Apricot Brandy; the Piazza Navona, with a citrusy profile; and the Donatella, made with white wine and cider.

Inspired by Japanese aesthetics, Tokyo Club combines a main room with a riverside terrace and a DJ booth located at the center of the space, around which the dance floor unfolds. The bar serves cocktails such as the Tokyo Oni Fire, with Jack Daniel's No. 7, coconut, pineapple and passion fruit; the Penicillin, with Johnnie Walker Black and Double Black, ginger honey and lemon; and the Tokyo Rakuen, with vodka, elderflower lemonade and berries.

The atmosphere is designed to enjoy the night without rushing, with good food and music that complements the conversation. On Fridays and Saturdays, from 10pm, there are live DJs, while the last Tuesday of every month is Martes Martini, a night dedicated to the Dry Martini, featuring guest bartenders from different bars around the city.
