1. Colores Pinot Noir by Bodega Flor Silvestre

Some wineries seek precision, while others prefer to capture the personality of the place. Colores Pinot Noir, from Flor Silvestre, belongs to the latter group. Made by Santiago and Agustín Balestra Zingaretti, the fourth generation of a farming family from Tupungato, this wine is produced according to a minimal-intervention philosophy, with the goal of allowing each bottle to express the landscape of the Uco Valley as authentically as possible. Aging in concrete eggs, rather than barrels, reinforces this approach, preserving the purity of the fruit and the identity of the terroir.
In the glass, it reveals notes of red fruit, pronounced freshness and a vibrant texture that reflect the vineyard’s surroundings, bordered by the river. It is an elegant and highly food-friendly Pinot Noir, ideal for pairing with a selection of semi-soft cheeses and artisanal charcuterie. Its acidity balances the richness of the cheeses and enhances each of their flavors.
The fact: The Colores line takes its name from the diversity of landscapes surrounding Flor Silvestre’s vineyards and reflects the winery’s philosophy: producing honest, unadorned wines with as little intervention as possible, allowing the vineyard to have the final say.
