Comedian Yaseen Barnes shared a photo on his Instagram Stories the other day showing a woman wrapped in a keffiyeh walking hand in hand with a man dressed in a Father Christmas suit. This basically sums up the festive season in the Mother City.
We’re a city that celebrates our diversity and cultural differences, come Christmas, Eid, or Hanukkah. And that’s what I love the most about this piece of paradise. We embrace religious nuances with love and respect.
