Chances Dances
Queer party nights are on the rise in ’hoods all over, many of them offering a vibe that's more inclusive and less homogeneous than some find Boystown bars to feel. The influential Chances Dances was launched in 2005, which in gay years makes it the granddaddy of the bunch. It's also the biggest, now with three monthly parties at Subterranean, Danny's and the Hideout.
Other nominees Burly, FKA, Slo ’Mo, Subject to Change
